These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CiTec AI ("CiTec," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the CiTec AI platform at https://www.citec.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
CiTec AI provides an AI-powered brand visibility monitoring and analytics platform that enables businesses to track, measure, and optimize how their brand appears across AI-generated content and responses. Features include AI response monitoring, brand mention tracking, competitive analysis, and related reporting and analytics tools.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Features and capabilities may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion with reasonable notice to subscribers.
To access the Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
Each account is for use by a single user or organization. You may not share account credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
CiTec AI offers the following subscription plans:

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By providing your payment information, you authorize CiTec AI to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Your billing date is the same calendar date each month as your original sign-up date. For example, if you subscribed on the 10th of the month, you will be billed on the 10th of each subsequent month.
Important: Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in an automatic charge for the next billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel prior to renewal if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. CiTec AI does not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@citec.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until the end of the period for which you have already paid.
No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy in Section 6 below. After cancellation, your account and data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or a renewal charge, provided the Service has not been substantially used during that period. No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the charge date. To request a refund, contact billing@citec.ai with your account details and the reason for your request.
For annual subscription plans (if applicable), a pro-rated refund may be issued for unused complete months remaining at the time of cancellation, subject to the 7-day initial refund window. Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of AI responses (tokens) as detailed in Section 4. The following usage rules apply:
CiTec AI Platform: The CiTec AI platform, including all software, algorithms, interfaces, and underlying technology, is the proprietary property of CiTec AI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the platform.
Your Data: You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you upload or provide to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant CiTec AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
AI Outputs: AI-generated outputs produced through your use of the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not represent AI outputs as independently verified factual claims or use them in ways that violate applicable laws.
No Warranty: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
AI Output Accuracy: CiTec AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs. AI responses are provided for informational and analytical purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CiTec AI's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. In no event shall CiTec AI be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, either by email to the address associated with your account or by a prominent notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes.
